Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including affiliated companies 
  • Assist to perform company secretarial duties for affiliated companies
  • Maintain good relationships with bankers, company secretaries, professional firms and government bodies
  • Daily accounting duties and monitoring the daily operation
  • Perform month-end & year-end closing, annual audited accounts and tax computation
  • Prepare accounting schedules, financial variance analysis and expenses review 
  • Prepare management reports, budgeting and forecasting periodically
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to meet management requirements
  • Provide recommendations to management to strengthen the overall control
  • Work closely with external & internal parties on business operations and provide advice on process improvement
  • Conduct risk-based financial, operational and compliance audit fieldwork
  • Handle petty cash, weekly reconciliation and monthly reporting (when necessary)
  • check and update the cheque register to reconcile with bank statements, handle payments for clients
  • Assist to calculate MPF, online submission and MPF payments
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments if necessary

 Requirements:

  • Over 10 years working experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in Accounting with Company Secretarial practice is preferred
  • Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
  • Knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and tax rules
  • Good command of  English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Available immediately will be an added advantage

  • 獨立處理全套賬目和全方位會計職責,包括關聯公司、總賬、更新支票登記、銀行對賬等
  • 確保遵守公司政策和政府要求
  • 為內部關聯公司履行公司秘書職責
  • 執行月末和年終結算、年度審計賬目、稅務計算和年終法定審計
  • 準備財務報表/報告,並為管理目的提供財務數據分析
  • 計算強積金、網上遞交及強積金繳款
  • 與銀行家、公司秘書、專業公司和政府機構保持密切聯繫
  • 執行分配的臨時職責 

 Requirements:

  • 至少8年的會計或財務經驗
  • 能一人獨立完成工作將被優先考慮
  • 熟識香港/中國會計準則、稅務規則及公司秘書實務知識者優先
  • 良好的英語、普通話和粵語書面和口語能力
