Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- Trading & distributing electronic components and semiconductor in HK, China and Asia Pacific region
- We are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting team of 7-8 members
- Report to the Senior Finance Manager
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of daily and month end accounting, A/P, and general ledger functions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts, facilitate annual / interim audit, coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax advisor on audit and tax issues
- Provide internal / external audit support. Prepare relevant schedules for the completion of statutory reports
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecast
- Implement control measures and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures
- Identify and recommend changes to procedures and systems to improve reporting and the accounting workflow
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- CPA Qualification of recognized accounting professional bodies
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Solid experience in consolidation and statutory reporting is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Proficient of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
