Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular IT management reports and perform cost analysis
• Assist to monitor compliance and company standards under contracts management, procurement & payment process
• Work closely with other supporting departments to ensure accurate data delivered in timely basis, and response to ad hoc requirements
• Assist management to identify and drive process improvements
• Facilitate budget and forecast exercises for IT Department
• Handle other ad hoc projects and tasks assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in budget planning & cost analysis will be an advantage
• Good proficient in MS office applications, especially in MS Excel
• Good command of written & verbal English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good teamwork, self-managed, attention to details and time management
