Responsibilities:

• Prepare debt collection status report, performance report for debt collection agency and relevant analytic report
• Set up and maintain credit database to carry out related creditability assessments and analysis reports
• Carry out necessary debt recovery action and follow up with the customer on past due accounts
• Manage and monitor the performance of delinquent rate, flow rate and debt recovery
• Resolve related disputes with internal and external parties in compliant with customer’s/ company’s policies and procedures
• Deliver credit control functions in compliance with various policies/ guidelines

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies / Finance or related disciplines
• With 2 years' relevant working experience 
• Legal knowledge related to contracts, credit & debt collection and liquidation is an advantage
• Strong credit analysis and debt collection skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Power Point & Access, and experience with SAP
