Finance Manager, FP&A & Business Partnering

Our client is an international FMCG company with a strong presence across the globe. They are expanding their team and looking for a high-caliber professional to join them as a FP&A Manager to further grow their market positions and partner closely with senior management on digital strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner and liaise with senior management in developing, executing strategies, and setting business targets for evaluation
• Responsible for providing financial modeling and value-added analysis to support the growth of the overall business, including the evaluation of current and new business activities
• Lead and support development of the financial strategy needed to support business objectives
• Prepare pricing study, monitor, and analyze price performance to identify improvement opportunities, to share insights and proposals for the digital strategies
• Support management analysis on the ongoing development of Business Activity P&L, including the development of dynamic reports and performance dashboards using data visualization to support the agile delivery of financial analysis and enhance insights and recommendations to management
• Support digital transformation and data analytics projects as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines with a CPA qualification
• Minimum of 5 years FP&A and business partnering experience, preferably gained from FMCG / Retail/ Food and Beverage industry
• Strong communications and analytical skills, energetic & self-motivated
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical sense, quick decision maker and self-driven
• Knowledge in Excel macro, data visualization solutions e.g., Tableau, Qliksense, PowerBI
• Solid experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
