Our client is an MNC in the Personal Care / Cosmetic sectors with a strong presence across APAC, EMEA and the US markets. Due to their expansion, they are currently looking for a FP&A Specialist (Assistant Manager grade) to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Group FP&A, this position will be responsible for providing comprehensive, timely and accurate management consolidated information, financial and non-financial analysis on business performance for Management’s review and managing the budgeting and forecasting from headquarter point of view. 

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting

• Prepare the monthly executive committee meeting materials and Quarterly Board Meeting PowerPoint
• Preparation of Consolidated Management Accounts in the month end
• Produce monthly end reports, financial highlights and commentaries
• Evaluate the performance of all businesses against budget and last year and prepare variance analysis report

• Assist compilation of annual budget and quarterly forecast, coordinate with overseas to complete the budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Prepare/develop finance model and templates for long-term planning and ad hoc analysis
• Monitor actual business performance against budget and explain for deviations
• Provide support to and gather information from other divisions
• Being part of the team to enhance the budget and forecast planning system 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Independent, logical, multi-tasked with good business acumen
• A good team player and able to establish rapport with key stakeholders, both local and overseas
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
