Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide KYC support to HK and PRC customers BP team, including but not limited to account opening, periodic / trigger event review handling, and alert clearing in Actimize system
- Handle daily administrative and control procedures in relation to KYC area
- Provide support and liaise with internal counterparts during AML or internal audits, e.g. preparation of documents for inspection, consolidating responses to address auditing related queries, on-going monitoring on corresponding action items arose in Audit Compliance Review, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in business, finance, economics or related disciplines
- Around 4-5 years relevant experience in CDD, KYC and AML aspects
- Relevant experience in supporting relationship manager is preferred
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in using PC and MS Offices
