About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Be a team player of finance team
• Review expenses and manage the payment process
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity
• Support Bank financial reporting and accounting area
• Bank accounts management including AP and reconciliation
• Ad hoc projects and assignments as directed including new product launch

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Associate Degree / Diploma or above
• Experience in AP is an advantage
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
• Independent, detail oriented, analytical and good interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and ability to manage deliverables within tight deadlines
• Good in written and spoken English and Cantonese
