Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong company over 20 years history
- Trading : building materials
- Main products : engineered stone (reconstituted stones)
- Main customers : architects, interior designers, property developers, building & construction contractors
- Project types : shopping malls, residential buildings, banks, hospitals, retail stores ...etc
- We are looking for ACCOUNTING OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 2 members
- Assist in full set accounts
- Handle daily accounting works, including petty cash, payment checking, accounts receivable and payable, costing, invoicing etc.
- Preparation of customers' quotations, sales contracts, invoices and verification of supporting documents
- Follow up on receivable collections
- Provide administrative support in daily operation
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments
- Diploma or above or equivalent level
- At least 2 years accounting experience in any business
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge in SAP or happy to learn SAP is an advantage
- Positive mind with good initiative and willing to learn
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 10 days
