Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Well experience in securities trading and stock option industry, with 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting.
• Familiar in rules & regulations of local securities market is a MUST
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people in all level
• Initiative, independent and be able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken & written Chinese and English is preferred.
• PC literate, competent in MS Office applications

   Job Specification

• Reporting to Managing Director
• Review the month end financial statements for group companies
• Ensure the operation of the company is in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Daily Credit Risk Control
• Cash and Fund Flow Management
• Prepare financial return per regulator's requirement
• Monitoring the daily liquid capital position of regulated entities.
• Liaise for compliance issues with SFC/HKEX and other regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and control the procedures in client accounts opening.
• Assist the top management in risk management and control, review and improvement of Internal control procedures.
• Handle application to SFC for licenses of registered staff and monitoring their annual CPT requirement.
