My client is the core overseas investment platform of one top Chinese conglomerate and its key business includes investment and asset management activities in the United States, the United Kingdom.

Analyzing financial data and to provide appropriate management reports.

Prepare financial budget and forecast

Prepare group consolidation reports

Support bank accounts annual review and accounts opening

Financial due diligence and structuring of investment proposals

Support investment team for transactional and operational matters

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors and bankers

Monitoring internal controls, streamlining accounting functions & operations.

Debt management and collections.

Evaluating and managing risks.

Improve work efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.

Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualification:

Qualified Accountant and a University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

CFA or Investment management experience is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of accounting standards is a must

Experience in handling daily finance operations and group consolidation experience

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must (includes Putonghua).
