• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation of invoices, vouchers, monthly reports and cash management and bank reconciliations
• Assist in SFC reporting and compliance including liquid capital monitoring, FRR and other regulatory filings
• Assist in budget, interim and annual report preparation
• Participate in formulation and execution of accounting guidelines, policies and procedures
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant is preferable
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in securities/futures brokerage industry
• Experience in securities, futures accounting and margin financing
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of Flex System & MYOB is an advantage
