Our client is an investor and developer. They’re looking for a Financial Director/ Senior Finance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CFO and MD to partner with stakeholders
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports to ensure analytical insights are delivered
• Financial modelling for new business initiatives, including but not limited to new business acquisition
• Assist in the development and monitoring of subordinates
• Handle treasury operation and offshore cash management for the Group
• Optimize fund flows amongst onshore and offshore entities within the Group
• Perform budgeting, forecasting and analytics
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Qualified Accountant, member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent and big 4 experiences is preferred
• Minimum 10 years experiences of accounting, commercial finance & treasury
• Experience in business gained from PRC property developer industry and sizable corporation, listed company is must
• Support Group CFO and senior management team in financial strategic planning and provide sound business decision
• Has treasury, tax experiences is plus
• Good command of English and Mandarin
