Fund Accountant/Fund Operation  – Private Equity /Asst Management firm -$30K-40K per month 

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of fund operation
• Valuation - Prepare daily internal valuation report, valuation verification, AFS & FAR preparation and verification etc
• Handle daily operational flows including cash and position reconciliation, trade validation/matching, settlement, cash management, margin usage, stock borrowing, corporate actions, account opening and etc.
• Liaise with fund administrators, brokers, custodians, auditors on various fund operations task; Provide support to different parties
• Handle investors' subscriptions/ redemptions and address related enquires

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance discipline
• Must Qualification CPA /or ACCA 
• With 3yrs Audit in Financial Services Experience /or 2-3yrs Fund operation/Fund accountant /PE Fund Operations experience familiar with Fund products/or PE 
• PE /Fund product knowledge 
• Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word)，VBA; 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong initiative with good problem solving skills
