Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank and inter-company reconciliation.
- Prepare account breakdown and analysis.
- Perform month-end closing and support year-end audits.
- Complete financial reporting package to headquarters
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting
- Support for ERP system implementation
- Liaison with colleagues in overseas entities.
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines, with LCC intermediate level preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in accounting.
- Experience in accounting / ERP system / SAP is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Self-motivated, independent and detailed-oriented.
- Immediate available / short noticed is preferred.
- Location in Kowloon Bay
- Including annual leave, medical
- 5 days working, Mon to Fri, 9-6
- 9 Months Contract
- Salary range up to 25K (depends on experience)
