Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline
•          Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts
•          Absolute discretion and a confident demeanour
•          Fluent in Mandarin and English for written and verbal
•          Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel and dealing with an ERP system
•          Sensitive and attentive to details, well-organized, a good team player and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

•          Handle full set of accounts, including data entry, filing, preparation of month end closing and monthly schedules
•          Perform accounts payable duties
•          Follow up on receivable collection
•          Assist year end audit
•          Process intercompany transaction and reconciliation
•          Handle office administrative duties
