The ideal candidate will provide your clerical skills and AP/AR experienced support to our Accounting Department. We offer excellent package to suitable candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and the daily accounting operation including month / year-end closing, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial statement, financial analysis, manage accounts payable & receivable, daily and periodic income verification and posting;
• Monitor cash flow, initiate expenses controls, and maintain close communication with other departments for scheduling payments;
• Supervise Accounting team to perform daily accounting duties;
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors on annual audits;
• Review and streamline process to enhance efficiency;
• Ensure the Company complies with all accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects or assignments.

 Requirements:

• 8+ years of accounting experience with 3 years supervisory experience;
• Experience in trading/ retail is preferred;
• Able to handle full set of accounts;
• Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA or related discipline with professional accounting qualification;
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel); well versed in using accounting software;
• Good command of English, typing in Chinese & English;
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented;
• Immediately available is preferred;
