Responsibilities :

• Assist to plan and organize a wide range of investor relations activities/events, including investor meetings, roadshows etc.
• Conduct research and analysis and monitor market and industry news.
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare materials such as annual and interim report, script, QA, presentations, press release, result announcement, business reviews, ESG reports, circular, proxy form and AGM etc.
• Handle inquiries from investors and media in a timely manner.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with members of the senior leadership team.
• Handle Company Secretary duties to provide support to the board the other committee members.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Degree holder or above in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communication, Governance and related disciplines.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in investor relations.
• With experience in real estate, finance, investment industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in local financial market, experience in PRC market will be an advantage.
• Strong local media network and relationship.
• Good organizational, communication, project management and analytical skills.
• Confident written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Travel is required.
