Responsibilities:

• Lead staff to handle payment request review and debt collection functions
• Assist in internal policies, procedures and guidelines enhancement and automation
• Review billing, settlement and A/R application process and assist in A/R & A/P balance reconciliation
• Coordinate the relevant investigation work with external auditors, internal auditor or other Regulatory Team
• Assist in internal staff training and other team building arrangement
• Support other ad-hoc analysis for management

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant is required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and prefer in telecommunication industry
• MS office, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure with tight schedule independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) • Oracle or other ERP experience preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
