Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support for daily operations 
• Supporting department routine accounting duties including data entry, reporting, and budgeting
• Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow 
• Coordinate ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:   

• Diploma or above in Accounting or other related disciplines with LCC Certificate
• Min 5 years relevant experience and well versed with Office applications
• Experience in customer services is an advantage 
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese 
• Independent, well organized and good communication skills 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer.
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
