We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Account and Finance Team.

 What you will be doing: 

• Process, verify and update invoices, debit and credit notes, payment vouchers and receipts
• Reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts against statement accounts
• Work closely with vendors & internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment processing & issues, queries, and disputes are resolved in a timely manner
• Filing and archiving relevant documents
• Ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by Manager

 What we are looking for: 

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or Business-related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in handling account payables
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP system is a definite advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
