Job Description
- Perform annual & periodic financial budget, forecast & cash flow analysis
- Review financial statements for group and subsidiaries, implement necessary internal control procedures
- Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial reports
- Review and analyse financial performance and reports
- Taxation, reporting and tax planning
- Assist on planning of regulatory audit procedures
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines
- Qualified CPA holder
- Minimum 2 years of audit experience ideally gained from Big 4 or reputable accounting practices; with 3-5 years of commercial experience gained from property developers, construction companies or other relevant platforms
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as a good team player
