Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts of subsidiary companies and perform monthly reconciliation of inter-company balance
- Assist to the team to perform all Accounting and Financial duties including cash flow management, reporting, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting
- Ensure proper filing records on timely basis
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting / LCCI II Level or above
- 1 year relevant working experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
- Relevant experience in F&B, retail, FMCG industry is preferred but not essential
- Self-motivated, sound analytical mind and good team player.
- Detailed-mined, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in ERP system and MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Immediately available is preferable
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Account Officer
