THE COMPANY

My client is a leading banking group with offices over 15+ countries. Because of their growing business, they are looking for a Senior Manager for their Treasury team to support their business.

THE ROLE

Report into the team head, please find your key responsibilities below:

• Managing the capital monitoring and planning process.
• Responding Capital Management issues.
• Formulating capital and liquidity strategy, capital structure, capital instrument options and capital planning.
• Monitoring Finance and Capital related requirements.
• Managing stress testing planning.
• Supporting some related projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 8+ years of working experience in Banking/ Capital Management.
• Self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong people leader.
• Creative and open minded.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
