Job Responsibilities 

Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

Handle the bookkeeping and financial reporting of the Company and affiliated Hong Kong companies of the Group

Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments

Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data

Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Prepare cashflow reports, financial forecast, budgeting analysis, monthly review reports and ad-hoc analysis to support new business or product investments.

Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner and submit payroll taxes.

Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

Manage the implementation to ensure legal compliance of financial activities of the managed department / business area with the Group’s established policy.

Assist in handling company secretarial duties.

Carry out ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred.  

At least 5 years' work experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting field. Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior post

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., HKICPA/ACCA/CFA) in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Experiences in MYOB accounting system is an advantage.

Experience in health product trading industry and familiar with L/C procedure is an advantage.

Honest, self-motivated, able to work independently, responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties.

Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
