Job Description
Glimpse of what you'll be doing....
- Responsible for auditing, processing and payment of expenses disbursements.
- Issues payment for the companies
- Prepare inter companies fund transfer
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain Head Office petty cash float
- Responsible for preparing and review monthly stock-take journals and allocations
- Prepare journal voucher in regards to prepayment, accrual of expenses, depreciation and update monthly schedule
- Assist to maintain records in Fixed Assets Register
- Monthly Inter companies recharge
- Work closely with different departments to verify supplier invoices
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experiences
- Proficiency in MS Excel application
- Experience in using SUN accounting system V6 is a plus
- Initiative, independent, systematic and able to meet tight deadlines
- Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills and attention to details
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
