FP&A Manager

Our client is a well-established institution with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for an agile candidate to provide financial analysis, planning, control, and accounting services to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the financial planning process, carry out business and financial reviews on a monthly basis
• Provide insightful financial analysis on business performance to support management decisions and business growth
• Work closely with stakeholders on the annual budget and monthly forecast
• Develop business models for management's decisions and facilitate financial performance monitoring
• Conduct contract review to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Formulate strategies to achieve business and operations objectives
• Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of solid experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or project cost management in a medium to large-sized organization and experience in financial modeling
• Strong presentation skills, leadership and management skills, and a good team player with a can-do attitude and organized
• Ability to build rapport with internal customers
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant FP&A Manager
