• Support monthly closing and regular audit activities
• Apply receipts to AR, follow up overdue AR, and work closely with business units and billing team to resolve dispute issues
• Perform customer credit assessment and review contracts to monitor financial risk
• Review trade payments to vendors
• Assist in daily operations and documents filing
• Participate in process automation projects to improve operation efficiency
• Prepare monthly AR&AP aging reports and netting reports
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or related discipline
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
• Well-organized, hardworking, attention-to-detail
• Good oral and written communication skills in English or Cantonese or Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
