Responsibilities:

Month End Closing

• Lead the month-end closing process, including financial analysis, review of accounting vouchers, G/L accounts and intercompany accounts reconciliation
• Perform P&L account and B/S account fluctuation analysis
• Handle the group consolidation adjustment and reporting

• Monitor vehicles and parts sales data and perform analysis of revenue cycle
• Review system interface reconciliation report and resolve the un-reconciled items if any
• Provide accounting advice on company policies & guidelines
• Work closely with Shared Service Center on daily accounting operations

• Review testing of control design activities on a timely basis
• Regular update of the internal Accounting manuals

• Co-ordinate and lead the annual financial statements audit

• Lead the inventory and fixed assets physical count and prepare the stock reconciliation report for management review
• Review market support claims  
• Coordinate the year-end provision
• Play an active role in providing support on projects and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 8 years working experience in related areas with supervisory experience
• Qualified accountant
• Experience in handing process, procedures, guidelines
• Hands-on experience in SAP and system implementation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Good project management skills
• A good team player, excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and independently
