What will you do?

• Perform financial and operational audits for the property management business in Hong Kong and PRC
• Review compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Prepare audit reports, provide recommendations to rectify problems or weaknesses identified
• Follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Do you have a right profile?

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management or a related discipline 
• Minimum 2 years’ internal / external audit experience preferably in sizeable companies
• Internal audit experience in property management would be an added advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, well organized, must possess good judgment & analytical skills
