We are looking for a talent to:

• Perform Accounts Receivable duties for Madera Hospitality Management include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
• Perform Accounts Payable duties for Madera Hospitality Management include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely; to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations
• Handle petty cash reimbursement
• Check casual labors’ on duty records and settle payment
• Count the cash flow and deposit cash takings with the bank
• Assist in audit daily revenue figures, guest folios, miscellaneous vouchers and summaries submitted by Front Office (“FO”) night auditors
• Upload daily revenue figures from operation system to Oracle system
• Maintain proper and complete accounting documentations and records of the hotel.  Ensure that the accounts, records and transactions are accurate and correct at all times
• Report to hotel Finance Manager

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in hotel industry
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Ability to perform multi-task and be a good team player
• Knowledge in Oracle Finance is advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
