Responsibilities:-

• Check daily collection of shops for cash, Octopus and credit card
• Coordinate with shops for discrepancy of receipts and cash coupons
• Prepare reconciliation of coupons for sale and redemption
• Reconcile POS with merchant accounts statements and other sales agents
• Prepare vouchers for receipts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing
• Attend to perform surprise stocktake of shops on regular basis
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:-

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Higher Level
• At least 3 years' relevant accounting experience
• Experience in reconciling credit card merchant accounts is required
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy of works and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for Assistant Accountant
