Responsibilities:

• Handle account payable including checking payment request form to comply with Company Policy and Procedure and arrange payment through issuing check or TT order
• Handle account receivable including copying POs/contracts, invoices and writing payment request letter
• Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and approval procedures
• Reconcile with all major accounts
• Prepare regular financial reports as requested by the Management Team
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Familiar with accounting and finance operations and processes
• Proactive, energetic, hardworking, result-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Efficient and able to work independently under rapidly-changing environment
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS applications and accounting software
• Preferably with knowledge of “JIO” reports
• Immediate availability will be an advantage

CFTC is the first treasury center of China Forestry Group, established in Hong Kong in March 2019. The company is to assume the role and responsibilities as the In-house bank of CFGC to provide fully-integrated treasury services for all subsidiaries.
