Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports
• Continuous improvements to the accounting / finance structure, particularly with the IOT drive
• Supervise and manage Group cashflow and coordination with banks
• Help manage month-end closing, variance analysis reports and management reports
• Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger and accounts reconciliations
• Prepare year-end financial reports and coordinate the annual Company audit
• Manage financial resources and prepare/develop different financial/costing analysis.
• Lead and manage the accounts department/teams of the HK and two PRC offices
• Assist CEO in annual budget preparation and monitoring and in relevant finance projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent; Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant management accountant experience.
• Candidate with the one or more of the following experience are preferred.
  • Peachtree accounting system
  • ERP system (SAGE 300)
  • Engineering business process; and
  • PRC accounting standard and taxation
• Dynamic, result orientated and self-motivated as well as a team player;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
