Job Responsibilities (Mainly data entry)

-To check billings and complete the job files from operations department
-To prepare vouchers and be responsible for data input, validation and               managing document
-To perform simple accounts settlement and reconciliation
-To assist in month end closing
-To prepare audit schedules for quarterly reviews and year end audit
-Working Location and Salary: Kowloon Bay ($55/hour)
-Able to work for 16-18 hours per week (Mon – Fri).Here are the working             patterns for your reference:

-2 full days (eg. 9am-6pm) per week or
-1 full day (eg. 9am-6pm) + 2 half days (eg. 9am-1pm/2pm-6pm) per week

The Qualifications:

- Secondary School Graduate or above

- Have good command of spoken and written English
