Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily incoming premium collection (e.g. cheques, credit card, TT payments, etc)
  • Conduct reconciliation and maintain accurate payment records of transactions (e.g. Update payment records to system)
  • Handle payment related enquiries and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative supports to the Customer Payment team (e.g. Bounce cheque handling)
  • Liaise closely with other functional teams to deliver quality and excellent customer payment services
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Insurance and Financial Industry
  • Responsible, logical, accuracy and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
