 Role Purpose:

The Accountant will work in Financial Reporting team under Group Finance to assist in the monthly review of consolidated financial results; preparation of quarterly consolidated financial results and annual budget consolidation. Also has chance to support the Cloud transformation of the consolidation, reporting and BU transition to Cloud solution.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Review and analyse financial results from business units, work closely with finance team of individual business unit to enhance quality of financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of consolidation of quarterly results
• Review annual budget from business units
• Support implementation rollout of Cloud transformation
• Review statutory accounts
• Provide support to ad hoc assignment and projects

Success will depend on:

• Having a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines and you have professional accounting qualifications 
• Having at least 3 years of accounting experience in a audit firm or accounting team
• Strong in Excel for data analysis and interested in financial system
• Having experience in consolidation and International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-initiative and able to work independently and as a team player
