Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts receivables, payables, fixed assets and bank
• Close the monthly management accounts for entities within the group
• Ensure production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Work independently with auditors on audit and statutory filings
• Ensure completion of quarterly GST, VAT reporting and annual tax returns for group of companies
• Liaise with external company secretary for the statutory filings, resolutions and minutes
• Complete special financial, administrative and ad hoc projects as directed by reporting manager / senior management

  Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Accounting and equivalent qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required 
• Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience in accounting, of which, at least 2 years must have been within an audit practice, preferably with an international accounting firm. Commercial accounting experience also preferable
• Strong knowledge in Finance, IFRS, Corporate Tax and statutory requirements preferred
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously with ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to deliver amazing work
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, organized, attention to detail, as well as being a problem solver who takes the initiative
• Responsive to the changing immediate demands of the business while maintaining focus on overall priorities
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules, good communications skills with different levels and countries
• Strong team player within finance and with other departments
• Ability to provide accurate management reports, Proficient in MS Office (Expertise level in Microsoft Excel)
