Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a property portfolio consists of quality commercial and residential projects in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a talented individual to join them as Accountant. 

Job Descriptions: 

• Handle daily accounting duties including data input, issue cheques, prepare bank reconciliation and vouchers
• Perform month-end closing and full set of financial statements
• Prepare auditing schedules and liaise with auditors in order to meet reporting deadlines
• Manage expenses claims, organize daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain business records 
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned 

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline 
• At least 1 year experience in accounting, big 4 experience preferred
• Student member of HKICPA/ACCA
• Good communication skill, independent and proactive
• Highly sensitive to numbers, able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline with highly accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of FlexSystem is a plus
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Applicants with more experience and qualifications may be considered as Senior Accountant
