Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and lead the company's financial management; supervise the daily work of accounting team; timely complete the month-end closing and the other accounting works accurately; prepare all the management reports and financial analyses in accordance with the Global Headquarter’s and other departments’ requirements; optimize and streamline the financial reporting process
2. Review all financial, tax, banking and other declaration forms or reports; handle the monthly tax payment and declaration; report relevant statistical information to the Bureau of Statistics; coordinate annual audit
3. Act as the company's internal control lead; formulate and implement the company's finance & accounting policies, cascade and explain the policies to the other departments, report incompliance incidents to management and recommend mitigation plan where appropriate
4. Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; perform monthly financial analyses, monitor KPI achievements and provide management with insightful recommendations
5. Cash flow management, including but not limited to cash flow analyses and forecasts (annual, quarterly and monthly), internal/external financing, handle major fund flows and monitor capital utilisation
6. Lead the annual asset and inventory count; reconcile financial data across different systems and adjust financial books where necessary, safeguard the company’s assets
7. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation, including reconciling financial data across different systems
8. Assist management in the team organization and development, provide the team with appropriate support in performing their daily duties, and assume full responsibilities for the finance department
9. Business partnering with the other departments in day-to-day business management; professionally handle the communication with all external and internal stakeholders
10. Handle any ad hoc or project works assigned by management

Job requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline, qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA/CICPA
2. Solid understanding of PRC GAAP, regulations and tax environment is a must
3. Over ten years of work experience with exposures to both financial reporting and financial planning & analysis in managerial capacity; previous working experience in food trading and/or food & beverage chain is a definite plus
4. Business acumen with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
5. Details oriented, good in analytical ability and communication skills
6. Advanced excel skills; hands-on experience in Kingdee is an advantage
7. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation is highly preferred
8. Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin is a must and Cantonese is a plus) and English
9. Based in Shanghai, China
