Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company, is looking for Office Manager to join their team:

Duties:
- Responsible for full set of accounts & overall day-to-day accounting, financial and administration operations
- Responsible for reporting and bookkeeping
- Ensure the accuracy of invoicing and billing
- Monitor progress and performance of the team (B/S, P/L, Cash flow, AP, AR, Admin etc.)
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors
- Ad-hoc duty
Requirement:
- Degree holder or above
- Working experience in Japanese trading, manufacture company as accounting manager is great advantage
- LCCI 3 or above
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Good understanding of SOX/J-SOX
- Business level of English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaker is advantage
- Flexible and having good interpersonal skills in crucial
