Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial and management reporting, budgeting and business planning, business control, business structuring, tax structuring and compliance, setting accounting policy, etc.
• Work closely with VP and the different business units between Hong Kong senior management and regional offices
• Analyze operational performance to identify opportunities and make proposals for operational and financial improvements
• Ensure regular engagement and co-ordination with senior management within group finance functions on governance and annual reporting requirements
• Review and plan effective accounting policies and internal control systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in working with financial gained from business partners / financial planning and analytics aspects
• Qualified member of ACCA/HKICPA, audit experience (Big 4) is preferred
• Strong analytical mind, problem-solving abilities, and people management skills
• Ability to articulate financial matters to different target audiences including group Senior Management
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Access and VBA would be an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
