Our client, a foreign PE fund house with middle to back office based in HK, is looking for a PE Assistant Manager / Manager to join the team. Candidates with more experience can be considered at Manager grade.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review capital account and financial statements for fund books
• Monitor capital call and distributions
• Oversight on fund cashflow, credit, and operations
• Review SPV financial reports under various accounting standards
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Liaise with auditors and lenders
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related field; Prefer candidates with at least 3-5 years of auditing or accounting experience;
• CPA Qualification is preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Manager level
