Description

As the FP&A leader, you duties are not only limited in leading a team, but also included:

• Develop and prepare metrics reports and ad hoc reports to management in order to facilitate business decision making process.
• Analyse business data and alert management the business trend and segmental customer behavioural changes germane to business strategy.
• Assist management in developing and reviewing sales strategies to increase sales productivity.
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking.
• Provide business views on customer behaviour and trend.

Profile

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
• Preferably with 8 years experiences in Accounting / Finance
• Member of HKICPA or CPA qualification preferred
• Highly organised, self-motivated and responsible
• Strong results orientation
• Strong in excel, power-point and reporting tool
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and third parties
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
