Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare reporting package to ensure financial results are accurate and submitted
- Prepare audited report, corporate income tax filing and transfer pricing documentation to meet external compliances requirement. Assist Finance Manager to liaise with audit firm regarding fiscal financial and tax audit
- Balance Sheet (BS) and Struco management: Review BS breakdown, monitor Struco spending, and control capital expenditures
- Accounts payable (AP) and general accounting (GA): Coordinate with BSC AP to follow up outstanding issues and monitor the work of GA team
- Conduct annual budgeting as well as analysis / comparison with actual performance
- Monitor internal financial controls are exercised throughout the whole company
- Assist Finance Manager for system implementation and process enhancement
- To provide financial reports for tendering and also for annual assessment by Housing Authority or EMSD
Requirements
- Possess a degree or above in accounting/finance/business administration or related discipline
- Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, business or project controlling
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance & accounting
- Independent and self-motivated
- Proactive, assertive, detailed minded and good interpersonal skills
- Good team player and quick learner
- Willing to work under pressure and deliver with tight schedule
- Proficiency in using MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of using SAP would be an advantage
