Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions
- Handle consolidated financial statements and provide value added analysis
- Assist in management reporting, annual budgeting & rolling forecast
- Handle full sets of accounts and support month-end closing
- Handle statutory audit, tax filing matters and liaise with external auditors
- Review expenses to ensure compliance with the firm policies
- Supervise junior accounting staffs for daily routine
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance discipline
- Full member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
- 6 - 8 years relevant working experience preferably in property investment industry
- Good communication skill, independent and proactive
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of FlexSystem is a plus
