• Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or Jedox is an advantage but not necessary

• Developing the financial planning and reporting systems including Jedox, Tableau, Data warehouse, and other systems as a critical resource for insight and analysis;
• Evaluate new technology and innovations to Finance & Accounting to deliver better insights for decision making and improve efficiency;
• Perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues;
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to bring data insights to the target audience;
• Drive automation solutions across key processes such as reporting, including replacing manual interfaces between systems;
• Provide system and data analysis training to the finance and operations teams;
• Work closely with Finance, IT and business professionals globally and outside contractors to implement innovations applying change management and project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Business or related;
• Min. 8+ years of working experience in driving digital reporting and process improvements;
• Strong skills in MS Excel and systems, especially in business intelligence and financial performance management systems;
• Excellent communicator and collaborator;
• Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or Jedox is an advantage but not necessary;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager;
• Good speaking in English and Cantonese.
