• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the department;
• Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotel accommodations and related logistic arrangement, etc.;
• Prepare and consolidate reports for executives and board committees; 
• Support the implementation of internal audit quality assurance activities, including data maintenance and compliance with relevant policies & procedures;
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

• University degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well-organized, able to perform multitasking work, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
• Well versed in MS Office applications.
