Our client, a well-known global FMCG principal is looking for an Accountant (12 months – Contract to Perm) to join their Finance team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation for HK and offshore companies of the Group
• Book keeping for inactive and offshore companies
• Verify invoices for intercompany transactions and staff expense claims
• Be responsible for preparing financial reports such as; weekly, monthly and quarterly report on related areas
• Collection and compilation of financial information/documents for regional project:
• Perform other administrative tasks such as filing and records management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' working experience in handling accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Able to prioritize different tasks and work under pressure.
• Immediate available would be preferred
