Your new role

• To supervise a team of subordinates to perform daily accounting functions;
• To review and provide support to the team to comply with accounting standards; To review and ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance with internal control requirements
• Lead a team and oversee the financial and management reporting, including budgets, cost control, cash flow management, KPI monitoring and operating performance assessment;
• To handle all matters in relation to audit, tax compliance, tax reporting and other statutory compliance;
• Lead the process of re-engineering, including new system and work-flow improvement project to drive consistency, efficiency, compliance and accuracy of the finance functions;
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external professional parties including auditors and bankers;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
• Report to Director.

The Successful Applicant

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Finance or related disciplines
• Experience in Finance and Accounting, FP&A, Financial Planning, Budget Consolidation and Financial Reporting are essentials
• You must be a strong individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership experience in guiding a small team
• Independent person with strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving skills; Strong in stakeholders management and maintain good relationships with each department
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
